Angle Systems’ AngleHOSE-F measures the diameter and wall thickness of formed rubber hoses, which cannot be cut to generate a cross section. This bench top vision system is perfect for both the lab and on the production floor. It uses a high resolution industrial camera to precisely measure features that cannot be seen by the human eye. Offering a variety of measurements and calculations, this system gives measurement results in less than 10 seconds. An easy user interface enables operators to learn the system quickly and use it efficiently on the production floor.
Single and dual head AngleHOSE-F systems are offered to cover a wide range of hose and tube sizes. The system is factory calibrated using NIST Traceable Artifact. The system includes two USB 3.0s, VGA, and an ethernet port. Measurement data is saved using TXT or CSV format, which can easily be ported into a database. Electronic reports can be saved in PDF or JPG format.
